Returns & Refund Policy
RETURN POLICY:
If you are not completely satisfied, any item purchased from Victoria's Jewelry Box is returnable for a refund under the following conditions:
- Claim is made within 10 days of receipt of order.
- You contact us for return instructions.
- All returns must be in its original packaging.
We do not accept any return of damaged or used items.
REFUND POLICY:
- Damaged Merchandise:
If your purchase arrives damaged or is defective, and you notify us within 10 days of receipt, replacement of damaged/defective item will be arranged as soon as possible, at no cost to you.
- Returns: Shipping charges are not refundable, unless the cause of return is manufacturers defect, shipping damage, or our error.
15% Restocking Fee is charged for items shipped free and returned for reasons other than damage/manufacturer defect. Refund amount will be minus 15% of the purchase price ($10 minimum).
- Special Orders such as custom-made jewelry, large quantity bridal/corporate gift orders are not returnable or are subject to loss of initial deposit.
