Comment: It came packaged very nicely but took a while to acutally get here with the priority shipping. It took the full three days and was very hard to actually track. When I received it I was carefully looking it over and since I ordered it in black the black had a chip in it and the white was smeared from the girl. Also if you look at it closely you could tell that one side was higher than the other in the black section. Also it was extremely hard to open and I now just keep it open because it is too hard to open. NOTE FROM VJB: We called this customer to make things right and she did not return our call.

Comment: When I received the package I was pleasantly surprised at how beautifully it was presented. I even glued the angel pendant to the back of my locket! The necklace is so gorgeous I wear it almost everyday. I love the antique look it has! I definitely shop here again.
